Great reception upon arriving and received an upgrade. Pool facilities were wonderful and we used the complimentary bikes to tour Bari-great way to see Bari.

- Amazing pool and spa area (sauna, steam room). Access if free for hotel guests, although you do need to book a time slot in advance. - Very kind service from the front desk, especially Deborah. She helped me book a taxi and answered all my questions. - Nice Bari city map and guide specific to the hotel (includes restaurant recommendations, dog parks etc close to the hotel). - Hotel is far from the centro storico, but quiet and still near many restaurants. Osteria dei 4 gatto next door was great! - Very clean and inviting interior. Decor may be a bit dated but still clean and stylish. - Spacious room with lots of power outlets, smart TV, nice linens. - Quiet at night.

Very nice room with lots of space. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was in great condition. We loved the pool and the SPA zone - make sure you pay it a visit! The breakfast was magnificent.

Very nice hotel, very clean, with friendly staff. The GYM is small and doesn't have any machine, but it is very well equipped with dumbbells and other accessories. The food from breakfast was very good, a lot of fruits and sweets, I would liked more savory foods.

The 24h reception was quite convenient as we arrived in Bari after midnight. The breakfast was quite good and varied and the service was great. The pool and wellness area were very nice, the kids really enjoyed it. There's also a garage with paid parking which is quite convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
